I try to drink a gallon of water every day, but you want to drink at least half your body weight in ounces. I always keep my Contigo water bottle close by so I can get all the water I need. 2. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing. Whether or not your are trying to avoid illness, vinegar has so many health benefits.
